Everything is washed in our AQUAWINGS ozone system, sorted by colour and fabric, dried at the right temperature for what's in the load, and folded flat so it goes straight into a drawer.

- Is there a minimum?
- In-store wash & fold has no minimum. Pickup & delivery orders have a $25 minimum.
- Can I use my own detergent?
- Yes — bring it in and we'll use it. We also offer Tide, Gain and hypoallergenic options at $1.50 per pound.
- How do you handle delicates?
- Flag them at drop-off and we'll set them aside. Anything that shouldn't be tumbled, tell us and we'll air-dry it.
- Do you separate my laundry from other customers'?
- Always. Every order is washed, dried and folded on its own.
