- How quickly do towels come back?
- Standard turnaround is 48 hours door to door. If your volume needs a faster loop, we can set a schedule with more frequent, smaller pickups instead.
- Do you charge per towel or by weight?
- Salon linen is usually priced by weight, the same way our wash & fold is. Send us your weekly volume through the quote form and we'll put a number to it.
- Can you handle capes with chemical stains?
- Send them along. We inspect and spot-treat before washing. Anything permanently marked we'll flag rather than quietly return.
- What if my volume spikes in December?
- Tell us in advance and we'll add pickups for the period. There's no penalty for a busy month.
