When you contact us, request a quote, apply for a job or book an order, we collect the details you give us: name, email, phone number, business name where relevant, and whatever you write in the message.
How we use it
Only to respond to you, fulfil your order, and keep a record of the enquiry. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Booking and payments
Orders and payments are processed through our booking provider, CleanCloud. Card details are handled by them, not stored by us.
Cookies
Our site uses only what is needed to load pages and remember basic preferences. We do not run advertising trackers.
Retention
Enquiries and order records are kept as long as needed to run the business and meet our record-keeping obligations, then deleted.
