- Is there a minimum?
- No minimum for in-store drop-off. Pickup & delivery orders have a $25 minimum.
- How fast can I get it back?
- Same-day, next-day or 2-day — you choose at drop-off.
- Is my laundry washed with other people's?
- Never. Every order is washed, dried and folded separately.
- Can you use my detergent?
- Yes. Bring it along and we'll use it on your order.

- Yes, and our large machines mean comforters get cleaned properly rather than crammed in.
