Same-day dry cleaning
How same-day dry cleaning works
Five steps between a 10am drop-off and a garment back on the rail the same afternoon — and none of them are skipped to hit the deadline.
1
Drop off by 10am
Tell us about any stains and what caused them. That single detail changes how we treat the garment.
2
Inspect and tag
Every piece is checked for damage, missing buttons and existing marks, then tagged to your order.
3
Pre-treat
Collars, cuffs and known stains are treated by hand before anything goes into a machine.
4
Clean
Solvent or wet cleaning, depending on the fibre, the construction and the soil.
5
Finish and check
Presso finishing shapes the garment with steam, then it's inspected again before it goes on the rail.
Getting the best result
What helps us most
- Tell us what the stain is, not just where it is
- Say how old the stain is — fresh is far more recoverable
- Flag anything with sentimental or high value
- Point out loose buttons or split seams at drop-off
- Bring suits as a set, jacket and trousers together
- Get it in by 10am if you need it back today
Questions
Frequently asked questions
- What's the cut-off for same-day?
- In by 10am, ready the same day. Rush depends on the day's volume, so we confirm the time at drop-off.
- Does same-day cost more?
- Yes — same-day is +50% on the menu price, and rush (2–4 hours) is +100%. So a $20.00 suit is $30.00 same-day and $40.00 on rush.
- Can everything be done same-day?
- Most garments, yes. Heavy coats, beading and anything needing stain work may need standard turnaround to be done properly.
- Can I get same-day through delivery?
- No — same-day is for in-store drop-off. Delivery orders run on the 48-hour loop.
